Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lakeway Lookout. By booking our property, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
  • We accept [credit cards, debit cards and direct bank transfer].
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival date will receive a full refund minus a 3% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival date will forfeit the full payment.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time is 3 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request.
  • Check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
  • Please follow the check-in instructions provided in the welcome email sent before your arrival.

House Rules

  • Maximum occupancy: 12 guests. Additional guests are not permitted in compliance with City of Moses Lake.
  • No smoking inside the property. A fee of $500 will be charged for violation.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
  • Pets policy:
    • Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $50.
    • Pets are strictly prohibited on beds and couches. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for violations.
    • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on the property.
  • No parties or events without prior written approval.

Property Care and Damages

  • Please treat our property with respect. You will be responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Report any issues or damages immediately to info@lakewaylookout.com.
  • Do not rearrange furniture or remove any items from the property.
  • Properly dispose of trash in designated areas.

Amenities and Services

  • Wi-Fi password: provided in the welcome email sent before your arrival.
  • The kitchen features all standard appliances for your usage.
  • Propane gas and briquettes are provided for grills on the property. Please refill the propane or briquettes based on your usage.
  • Linens and towels are provided. Please do not remove these items from the property.

Liability and Safety

  • Use amenities at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on the property.
  • If you have an emergency, call 911, and then contact us at the number provided in your welcome email.
  • The property is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, outdoor security cameras, and railing braces, and is kept up to date on safety protocols and standards.

Privacy and Access

  • We respect your privacy during your stay. However, we reserve the right to enter the property for essential maintenance or emergencies.
  • Security cameras are installed at entrance, and exterior areas for safety purposes.

Local Laws and Regulations

  • Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
  • Violation of any laws may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Termination of Stay

We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if:

  • You violate these terms and conditions
  • Your behavior endangers or disturbs others
  • You exceed the maximum occupancy
